Luxembourg agency

In early 2019, INOWAI relocated its activities to the “Fifty-Two” building so that it could offer greater comfort and visibility to all its departments. Indeed, the route d’Esch is a very busy thoroughfare, with lots of buses passing by in addition to all the cars. It is equidistant from the rail station and from Park & Ride Bouillon.

The agency consists of 1,015 m² of offices spread over 3 floors and designed with human working practices in mind; this led us to create, in the spirit of industry, co-working spaces that encourage dialogue, cooperation and innovation. Flexibility is mandatory.

We therefore have traditional open spaces and private offices co-existing with leisure areas and small alcoves fitted out for using the telephone, or for discussions between colleagues; all set within a backdrop of colours and materials that have been harmoniously designed to create a blend of relaxation, radiancy and refinement.

We have meeting rooms available, with adjustable partitions that make it possible for up to 50 people to meet, and with a central space that is designed to accommodate and promote interactions in the form of workshops, themed breakfasts or even general meetings for co-owners.

Belval agency

Located right in the heart of the urban quarter of Belval, the new agency, which opened in 2020, with its warm and on-trend atmosphere, benefits from a choice location that creates greater proximity with the inhabitants of the south of Luxembourg and the people across the border in France’s Grand-Est region.

Since the development of this new quarter, offering plenty of activities of various kinds, housing and leisure facilities and the presence of the university, Belval is proving itself to be a vital city for business in Luxembourg. It is therefore only natural that INOWAI and LALUX have turned to this new location, so as to join forces and pool their expertise, and thereby create a combined agency.

On INOWAI’s side, we are offering professionals and private individuals support with all our activities in terms of buying, selling, leasing and managing real estate. As for LALUX, it is developing its insurance activities at the new site. The people who stand to gain the most from this are the customers, who will be able to benefit from expert real estate and insurance services, all at the same location.
