Since early 2019, INOWAI has transferred its operations to the building named ‘Fifty Two’, with the aim of increasing the comfort and visibility of its activities.

Located along the busy Route d’Esch, the building is strategically located, at equal distance from Luxembourg train station and the Bouillon P+R public car park. The office, spread over 3 levels and totalling 1,015 m² of space, is designed to promote well-being at work. We have created coworking spaces with an industrial spirit, encouraging interaction, cooperation and innovation. Traditional open spaces and private offices sit alongside relaxing areas and alcoves for informal exchanges, all in a harmonious concept of colours and materials.

We also have modular meeting rooms for up to 50 people, with a central area for workshops, themed breakfasts and conferences.
